What We’re Built For
Lectronic Supply Hub exists to solve one very specific problem in the national retail supply chain: getting the right stock back on shelf, fast, based on real-time sales. We do this by acting as the operational link between approved suppliers and Australia’s biggest retailers.
We’re not a 3PL, and we’re not a distributor. We’re a tech-led logistics operator built specifically for EDI replenishment.
Using real-time sales data and decades of retail compliance knowledge, we receive, manage and dispatch replenishment stock to major retailers with precision.
Our Role in the Supply Chain
Once a retailer wants your product, Lectronic handles everything that happens next. We:
- Receive bulk stock into our Sydney warehouse
- Manage EDI orders from retailers by inner, by store
- Pick, pack and label in line with each retailer’s unique compliance specs
- Consolidate delivery to reduce freight costs
- Returns reconciliation and faulty goods tracking
- Provide data to support forecasting and reordering
Our job is to meet the retailer’s needs, without adding complexity to yours.

Buyer Approval
If you have a product you believe has potential with our customer we happy to have a chat and give you any guidance we can. -
Supplier Onboarding & Stock Delivery
We confirm all stock specs, label/barcode requirements, and receive your pallets into our warehouse. -
EDI Order Receipt & Validation
Retailers send EDI orders. We validate and prepare based on real-time sales and store requirements. -
Picking, Compliance & Dispatch
We ship nationally sending advanced electronic notification to all warehouse allowing all product to be automatically sorted by store. -
Reporting, Forecasting & Returns
We track sell-through data, handle rebates and support reorder forecasting per retailer policies.
